Order Cancellation


You have the option to cancel your order on the same day it was placed. The customer must notify their desire to cancel the order that has been placed by sending an email to https://[email protected]/ or by contacting the company's call center at +357 22 110100.



 Product Returns


MCiT LTD offers you the right to return products within 15 days from the date of receipt.


In case you wish to return the products you have ordered, they must be accompanied by the proper documentation (receipt/invoice), a copy of the order you received via email, and the proof of payment with a credit card (if the payment was made with a debit/credit card).


The returned products must be in perfect condition (as delivered) and in their original packaging. Product returns should be made to the company's central facilities:

The cost of returning the products is the customer's responsibility, and the request for a return is valid from the date the company is notified.

  Product Return Due to Transport Damage


For your protection, in case of damage due to transport liability, during the time of receiving your order and before signing, you should inspect the condition of the package and the product and then sign that the product was received in good condition.


If you are unsure, please sign the receipt with a reservation and promptly inform our company.


If the notification of damage is not made on the day of delivery of the goods to the Transport - Courier, the time point at which the carrier may be held liable is lost. In this case, MCiT LTD and the transport company - courier bear no responsibility for the consequences of delivering the goods.


In case the customer fails to fulfill the above obligation, it is considered that the damage occurred after the delivery of the goods.


MCiT LTD, always aiming to serve its customers excellently, takes the necessary actions in these cases for the benefit of the customer, but strict adherence to the timeframes and immediate communication with the transport - courier is essential.


In any case, the safest procedure is the accurate recording and counting of the goods upon their receipt by the customer, and in case of material damage or loss, it should be co-signed by the truck driver.


 Product Return Under Warranty


Products accompanied by a warranty can be returned to the company for any technical inspection in the event of a malfunction or defect during their warranty period.


The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, while the cost of re-shipping after repair or technical inspection is the responsibility of the comapny. The return should be made through one of the collaborating product transportation companies and delivered to the company's central facilities.


The product must be accompanied by the legal documentation (receipt/invoice).
